We are a small
hobby kennel in North East Georgia. We breed, show & love top
quality German Shepherds we also have one Basenji and one Chihuahua
I began showing dogs in 1987 in Florida where I grew up! I showed
German Shepherds & Irish Setters at the time. My parents
bought three separate show dogs for me at different times. All of them
had hip dysplasia. At 12 years old, to say I was discouraged would
be an understatement. I really desired to work my way through the
ranks of the dog show world.
Finally, I was
given a Ch. Mazarati grandson who was terrific and received major
points. He tragically died in an accident just after my 16th
Birthday. Shortly after our home burned, forcing me to sell all of
my dogs but one pet Chihuahua! I have great luck, huh?
I didn't breed or show dogs for 6 years. During these years I
moved to Georgia, got married, graduated from college with my BME
(Bachelor in Music Education). However, as all dedicated fanciers
of the dog show world are, I was in constant search for the right dogs
to re-enter the ring. During the past 5
years I have acquired and breed several awesome dogs.
I would be amiss without telling you about me personally. The most
important thing you should know about me is that I am a born again
believer in Jesus Christ. That defines everything about me.
My integrity, character, showmanship, and my ethics. I am married to my
beautiful wife Chrissy and we have 3 children; Lydia, Jonah &
Miriam. I serve in a full-time ministry position as Minister of Music at
Maysville Baptist Church in Maysville, GA. My
wife is a Board Certified Music Therapist but her career is being a full-time mom and
wife.
